What it is
Minimal and precise. The whole top is buzzed to one short even guard with no length variation, and the mid fade begins level with the eye, clearing to bare skin around the ear and along the lower back. Because there is no length to hide behind, the blend has to be flawless from top to skin. A blocked line-up cuts a right angle at the temple, and a light chin strap of stubble finishes the jaw. This is the cleanest, barest cut in the set.
Who it suits
Works for almost any coily or coarse texture, since length is not a factor, but it needs even density and a decent head shape because nothing is concealed. Best on oval and square faces with a strong jaw. Scarring, dents or thin patches will show. Skip it if you dislike how your skull is shaped.
How to ask for it
Ask for a mid bald fade with the line at eye level, taken to bare skin at the bottom. Say buzz the top to a 1 all over, even, no length on top. Request a blocked line-up with a hard corner at the temple and a light stubble chin strap connected at the sideburn.
Upkeep
Ten days is the honest interval; the skin section shadows in under a week. Almost no styling, but keep scalp moisturized so the fade line stays visible.
